It is however important to know that Wowkstherapy.com is not certified to deal with severe mental health crises (i.e suicidal thoughts or psychotic episodes) and in such severe cases face-to-face phsycotherapy is highly advised.

Is online-counseling annonymous?

Yes! During on online counceling session you have the right to remain annonymous. The councelling service will appear as admin@Wowkstherapy.com on your credit card statement. Counselor client confidentiality is guaranteed. No information disclosed during a session will be disclosed to a third party.

How much does it cost?

The standard rate is 29.99$ for an E-mail Therapy session and 39.99 for a Chat-Therapy session. For full details click here.

How do I deliver my messages?

There are two distinct ways to deliver your message to your counselor; Firstly, if you have purchased an E-mail Therapy session, you may submit your e-mail at your own leisure via our provided e-mail client or your own e-mail address. Be sure to send your e-mail to answers@Wowkstherapy.com. Secondly, If you have schdeduled Chat-THerapy, you should be logged on to the designated instant chat client 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting begins. Your therapist will notify you when the session begins.

How long will it take for my counselor to respond to me?

Your counsellor will do his or her best to respond immediately to your issue, however do to the extreme popularity of the service, it may take up to 48hrs for you to receive your response

How often may I contact my counselor?

You may contact you counselor as frequently as you wish so long as you have purchased the respective E-mail sessions.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Wowkstherapy.com is unique in offering a full money back gurantee, no questions asked! If you are not satisfied with the service you have paid for simply send an e-mail to admin@Wowkstherapy.com within 7 days of payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact therapysaves at least 48 hours in advance of your booked chat-therapy session to cancel and receive a full refund. Cancelations will not be accepted less then 48 hours in advance. Naturally e-mail therapy may be canceled at any timeclick here.

Will my health insurance cover this?

Due to the variances in many health insurance plans, Wowkstherapy.com has no way of knowing whether or not the counseling will be covered by you health insurance. Contact your insurance provider for further details.
